I'm a single mom with 3 kids and wanted something I could drive in the snow, that was small enough for Seattle parking garages, but able to fit all of my family and friends... And NOT a minivan!!!! My Pilot fits 8!!! It had to be reliable. I love Hondas, but didn't think I could afford one. He worked with the finance people and even though I have a short sale and a foreclosure on my record from a divorce, he got it just under $200 a month with the warranty and its now helping me repair my destroyed credit. He let me take it overnight so I could take my children in it and make sure it was what we wanted. He even replaced the battery in one of the keys for me and gave me free car washes to keep our new baby clean. I can't thank Dave enough for coming in on his day off and for setting me up with more than I had hoped for. His boss and finance person was awesome as well. They are honest, helpful and made buying my first car on my own as a single mom a great experience. I can't thank them enough. More

I got in contact with Dave Tisdial from an individual that has done business with Dave and recommended him. After a couple of emails back and forth, I went down to the dealer to meet Dave in person fo that has done business with Dave and recommended him. After a couple of emails back and forth, I went down to the dealer to meet Dave in person for the proposal. The Jeep with the options I wanted wasn't located at this dealer, but at a different one. It would take a couple of hours to bring the vehicle to the dealer and I can come back to look it over before purchasing. We went over the numbers first and came out with a good price. Now there was a small fee because of the dealer transfer. I know for a fact I could have easily left this dealership and drove up to the dealer with the car and get a similar price, without paying this transfer fee. But in the hr or 2 I was dealing with Dave, I liked him enough to "splurge" and stay with Dave. We get everything prepped for my return and I went home for a couple of hours, until the vehicle showed up at the dealership. I get the call and the Wife and I go check out the car. We all went for a test drive and played with some of the settings on the electronics on the dash. Car felt great and we get back to the dealer to finalize. Now here is where I would have docked 1 point. We had to wait a long time to finalize my deal. It wasn't Dave's fault, it was beyond his control. There was a couple in front of me that was dealing with the Finance Manager that was taking their sweet old time. Come on, take my money already. Eventually everything gets finalized and we drove home in our brand new Jeep. In short, I also highly recommend Dave Tisdial and this dealership. Nice, genuine and honest person. More
