Paid cash for a truck in Dec 2024. As of February 10, 2025 My title has not been received by Florida DMV and my tag has not been transferred. Review of the FLDMV website shows GM lendi As of February 10, 2025 My title has not been received by Florida DMV and my tag has not been transferred. Review of the FLDMV website shows GM lending still has a lien on this truck. How is this possible when I paid cash in full? It does not take seven weeks to payoff a loan. For two weeks I've been trying to get an answer No one returns my call. All I hear is Wendy in accounting is handling this. Wendy doesn't answer the phone or return messages. No one will let me speak to a manager. More
This experience has been so embarrassing so humiliating they let me drive a car off the lot saying I was approved for it so I gave them everything that was asked of me they waited a whole 37 days to conta they let me drive a car off the lot saying I was approved for it so I gave them everything that was asked of me they waited a whole 37 days to contact me to say the bank wants more information ok cool I sent in the information not to mention the bank did 3 verbal work verification on top of my bank statement and my pay stubs so now they want me to link my bank account I’m refusing to do so because I already set up my automatic payments so why do I need to link my account so I been telling the dealership I’m Ok with sending my vehicle back but the whole time the finance guy Landy sold my trade in the first week of having it now I’m Without a car because the paperwork wasn’t done correctly then they keep saying it my income verification but they verified it 3 times with different reps it’s a Hassel no peace of mind was had in this whole process and not to mention they only want to offer 2900 for my trade in that they sold what kind of car am I going to get with that ? Not to mention they want to take money for mileage on a car I been told them I was going to send in I just want my car back other dealerships would’ve gave me more with no hassle I’m not settling just cause the finance guy sold my car before he Was supposed to I was promised a peace of mind well that wasn’t peace it was xxxx an still hectic no answers and no reconciling is taking place I feel bamboozled !!!!!! . I’m not sure what’s going on with the team at AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial, but my experience has been beyond frustrating. When I traded in my leased car, they kept repeatedly asking me for AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial, but my experience has been beyond frustrating. When I traded in my leased car, they kept repeatedly asking me for the title—which, as anyone familiar with leases knows, isn’t available until the car is paid off. You would think a dealership would understand this, but apparently not. To make matters worse, apparently they paid off the lease to the wrong leasing company. Now, a month and a half later, I’m stuck making payments on a car I no longer own, in addition to the payments on the new car I purchased. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I received a letter from the DMV stating that my license is going to be suspended because they believe I’m driving an uninsured car. This happened because I canceled the insurance on the car I traded in—a completely normal thing to do—only for their mishandling to create this mess. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the sales manager, who assured me he’d take care of it and call me back in 30 minutes. That call never came. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact him, and he simply won’t return my calls. I’ve been buying cars for 25 years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through is astounding. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
Visited your dealership with an appointment to change my car's oil and replace the windshield wiper. It was a 2008 Corvette. Upon arrival and after Glynn spent more than 10 minutes taking photos of my car car's oil and replace the windshield wiper. It was a 2008 Corvette. Upon arrival and after Glynn spent more than 10 minutes taking photos of my car and filling out paperwork, Glynn informed me that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours for my car to be serviced and that his dealership did not have the oil or wipers in stock. This is unbelievable. A Chevrolet dealership that has to go to wait on Mobil 1 5/30 oil to be delivered from Advance Auto? Then, after 2.5 hours and no update from Glynn, I walked to the Service Desk. Glynn never acknowledged me and another service rep asked how he could help and subsequently provided me with an update. Finally, Glynn stated that the wipers did not arrive and that they would complete the oil change. Then, as I was checking out, Glynn stated that the wipers were indeed installed. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Chevrolet Dealership Service Department. I found it interesting that there was an armed security guard hired to be stationed at the Service Dept desk at this dealership. After my experience, I can imagine that the armed guard is necessary due to poor service from this dealership. Never would I ever visit this dealership again, nor purchase a car. Terrible experience. This place is full of liars and scammers. People I dealt with are AMYN Haji JOB Lucian Armando (finance). These guys sold us a vehicle that was non-functioning after driving less than an hour. It broke down and not only that they sold us a warranty that was not valid. After multiple attempts of leaving messages and emails, nobody returned your calls. Now we’re stuck with a $5000 bill! DONT BUY FROM THEM! More

I met wit The advisor could not provide me with cost of oil and after change I felt the charge, including $ 18.63 for “ shop materials was excessive. I met with service mgr and GM and expressed my opinion. I informed them I’d like to use my Chevrolet's reward points. Problem with reward number. Provided next day. Service Mgr promised a credit would be issued for the reward points. I’ve never received credit some 4 weeks later. Just terrible vibe from my first visit. While GM and Service Mgr were collegial, the experience and results here was not a good one. “ there’s only one chance for an initial good impression” and the results here don’t meet that test. In future I’ll go to an Independent repair shop or another dealer. More
