I was very disappointed in the after-purchase of my vehicle. My truck was delivered and they failed to detail it. The vehicle was wiped down and delivered to me with visible stains on the seat, floor d vehicle. My truck was delivered and they failed to detail it. The vehicle was wiped down and delivered to me with visible stains on the seat, floor dirty with debris still in the vehicle. The transaction was good, but I was disappointed that no one saw the condition of my vehicle and thought that a deep detail was needed. This should not be an option but a must when purchasing and delivering a vehicle. Very, very disappointed. I took it back to have it detailed and was told they don't steam clean seats but basically just do the bare minimum, with a wash and a wipe down and that's it. Very unhappy. More

Customer Service needs great improvements. In the front office and in service, the lack of communication with customer is none. i bought my truck it has been in the shop more than i have had i In the front office and in service, the lack of communication with customer is none. i bought my truck it has been in the shop more than i have had it. it is in the shop now, they can not figure out how to fix it, so now after it being in there 6 times, they decided to send it over to Dodge, they have had it now 8 days, and one has bothered to give me a call with any updates. they never answer the phones or return any calls. i have talked with the manager at this location, about the lack of customer concern and they still show no concern, it takes 5 seconds to call the customer with an update. I have several numbers to call but no one ever answer, so what good is it to have phone service; people are friendly, but not helpful at all More
