I set a service appointment and dropped my truck off on a Friday at 7am. When I called the following Tuesday afternoon for an update, I was told that my truck hadn't been looked at but would be that day and Friday at 7am. When I called the following Tuesday afternoon for an update, I was told that my truck hadn't been looked at but would be that day and they would call me. Not hearing back, I called the service department on Wednesday afternoon and was told nothing had been done yet. I then went to the dealership and picked my truck up and took it home. I will find another dealership in my area for repairs. More
