This service center has always been ready to treat the customer first class. I didn't have an appointment and expected to wait awhile. Melinda was very helpful and courteous. My personal contact with all personnel has ben positive, starting with Skyler Hadden, and closing with Tyler Bell. Plus receiving Emails from GM Shelby Danner, and Sales Manager, Zachery Richardson. Never e starting with Skyler Hadden, and closing with Tyler Bell. Plus receiving Emails from GM Shelby Danner, and Sales Manager, Zachery Richardson. Never experienced this much attention in buying a car or truck in my 70 years being a car buyer. Even had contact with Cody Adams another Sales Mgr. The only draw back in buying a vehicle is time spent. So many people involved in making approval, contacting loan officers and closing the contract. Fast, friendly service. Knowledgable service writers. I had an oil/filter change and a tire rotation and was out of there in an hour.
