I brought my Camaro in for a new battery and windshield wipers. I asked what the price would be and left. When I picked up my car i blindly paid the bill and got in my car. I then looked at the bill detail wipers. I asked what the price would be and left. When I picked up my car i blindly paid the bill and got in my car. I then looked at the bill detail and found this. Parts $344.17 no problem. Labor $57.95 no problem. Misc. charges $48.25. I went back in and asked what the misc charges were and was told shop supplies. I said that I had xxxxxx work done and there were no shop supplies needed. I then asked if this was a percentage and was told yes. I should not be charged a 12% profit charge for helping to keep people employed in my community. I won't be back. More
