Lemon Law Ever since I purchased my 2009 GMC YUKON from there its been in and out of there shop. I understand that I only had a limited warranty for 30 day or 1000 miles and it looks like they're using that 1000 miles up to so call repair my Yukon. Its been nothing but a nightmare. Got me in same day I called and were friendly. They were accomodating for the most part. Only bad thing was their service price. They quoted me 1K to replace a wheel bearing, turn a rotor and new breakpad accomodating for the most part. Only bad thing was their service price. They quoted me 1K to replace a wheel bearing, turn a rotor and new breakpads but said it could be done in an hour. So unless they are paying their service guys over $200 an hour they overcharged me. Needless to say I got the job done at JB's Shop in Bel Air for $660. I also purchased a Tahoe from them. Sales experience was ok. Had to negotiate and made them work to get my 4-year payment down to what I could afford. In the end they did. Had the Tahoe serviced there and they did a decent job. I would recommend to someone who is willing to negotiate with them. I would recommend service as long as you don't mind paying more for their service. More
