Set my appointment online and was able to get my truck serviced almost immediately. I will say if you are looking to get that super VIP service ask for Gregory Roper. I hadn't been back to AutoNation in a while due to timing and distance so I was pleased with this new addition of Mr. Roper to the team. I find the dealership very unfriendly, cold and unresponsive. I received my usual warm welcome from Hannibal at check-in and Greg Winebrenner was his usual competent self as to let me know what my unresponsive. Greg and Hannibal are the best! !! This location just does not have the Cadillac feel. The waiting area is small and not socially distance friendly. There are no outside signs direct !!
