Disapointed. .. Went in for recall on suburban with a scheduled appointment, even letting them know i would bring right when they open and would need it back befor .. Went in for recall on suburban with a scheduled appointment, even letting them know i would bring right when they open and would need it back before i got off work because i work in the area. They said sure that will work and noted to finish by 2pm on it...The service advisor felt like I was working with a car salesman. He left me hanging, would tell me what he thought I wanted to hear, after 2pm i called he said he would check and call me back. I never heard from him so at 330 i called back, come to find out they haven't even started on it. plus, he would take what I say and twisted it and would answer me back using my twisted words. This place was great a few years ago. I always took my Tahoe and suburban there for service even though I'm from another county, but work local. Now there answering service has gone down hill too. More automated and sends you to a 1-800 national line to schedule then when u ask 1 question, they don't know an answer. All I needed was honesty and I would have worked with them. I would have picked it up and brought back another day if he would have just told me the truth from the beginning. I've lost my trust in them I will no longer be using them for any of my future service needs. More

I had an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30. They didn’t get to my vehicle until Friday morning. This was very inconvenient since they don’t offer a loaner vehicle.
