We have driven it less than 50 miles and the check engine light came on while they were fixing a window issue, they fixed the problem which was great since I was told by the sales guy Dave Phitzinger that they would cover any inspection problems for 30 days. I get the car back from them 2 days later another check engine light. I call them and they tell me in not so many words its your problem now. You bought it AS IS. I said what about the 30 days you told me. There response your problem. I take it to a auto shop and they tell me when they diagnosed the problem that the codes where wiped out and the people who did the inspection Auto Nation had to have known and did this. I put a deposit down on the vehicle, which was then sold, but they "had plenty of other options." I have owned 9 vehicles before this and it was absolutely the worst car buying experience, even before any papers were signed. Luckily, I choose to not do business with them. Based on the recommendations of my parents, I looked at AutoNation in Timonium. I found a '07 Honda Civic Si, which was immaculate. I immediately fell in love with the car. But none of this could of happened without the help of our wonderful sales associate, Katie! She even put a "Reserved for Nate" sign in the car! (Nice touch). Working with her has been, by far, the best, easiest, and least stressful car buying experience I have ever been through. She was extremely polite, professional, not to mention just a good, real human being. She was understanding of my credit situation and the need to have a co-signer. Non-judgmental. No pressure. A genuine person. I can not say enough good things about Katie. I will certainly be recommending friends and co-workers to see her when they need a new vehicle. Phillip, the finance manager, was also an extreme pleasure to deal with. Thank you all so much! More

It took me several visits to each dealership to make a decision and Katie was very patient with me throughout the entire process. At the end of the process, we were able to work up a very good price and I am very satisfied with my choice in the Cruze. I was referred by a family member to check out Fox Chevrolet. I was interested in looking at the Chevy Cruze, it is a nice looking car. Dave was very friendly and ask question as to what I was looking for in a car. After that Dave took me on a test drive of the Chevy Cruze. The car handle real nice, and good pick up. I absolutely fell in love with the car. After the test drive. Dave and I talk some more about my needs and what kind of payment I was looking for. Dave took my information to Derrick, and they came up with the best way for me to get what I wanted. Dave went over some of the features, to make sure I knew how to work them. On Monday, July 30th. I drove home with my new 2012 Blue Topaz Chevy Cruze. My favorit feature is the auto star. I would recommend the Chevy Cruze to any of my friends. It handles well on the road, gets great gas milage 25/38. Has 10 airbags, onstar, hands free talking, power windows, fold in mirrors, etc. I really love driving my Chevy Cruze LT. Dave also introduce to the Fox Chevrolet Team. I would recommed Fox Chevrolet, everyone one was real nice and was willing to work with me, so I could get a payment that I knew I could work in my budget.
