I RECENTLY BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM YOUR TIMONIUM STORE IN MD. FROM THE BEGINNING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE. AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE TH MD. FROM THE BEGINNING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE. AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE THE SALESMAN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO COME TO MY JOB TO PICK UP THE REMAINING BALANCE ON VEHICLE I ASKED FOR A EMAIL OF THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS. SO AFTER BACK AND FOURTH CONTACT FOR A WEEK BEGGING FOR MY PAPERS I FINALLY GOT THEM THEU EMAIL 2 WEEKS LATER. AS OF NOW I AM STILL WAITING ON EXTENDED WARRANTY INFO AS IT IS ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER. THE CAR WAS SUPPOSE TO BE INSPECTED. I BEGAN TO NOTICE PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE SOON AFTER. AS I REACHED OUT TO MY SALESMAN I WAS INFORMED THAT EVEN THO I HAD A 90 DAY WARRANTY ON ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE IT WOULD BE COVERED. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE CONCERNS I WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPANY WAS NOT PUTTING ANY MORE MONEY INTO MY VEHICLE WARRANTY OR NOT. I TOOK VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE DEPT THEY ADVISED ME OF A FEW PROBLEMS THE VEHICLE HAD BUT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR SOME OF THE REPAIRS AS WELL AS CHARGE ME FOR A LOANER CAR. AT THIS TIME I ONLY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR @ 40 DAYS. BOTTOM LINE I HAD TO CAR THE STATE TROOPERS IN ORDER TO HAVE SOME OF THE PROBLEMS FIXED WHICH WASNT SUPPOSE TO PASS INSPECTION IN THE BEGINNING EHICH MEANS I WAS GIVEN A FAULTY MSI. FROM ABOUT 2 WEEKS IN I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM THAT THERE IS GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM THE CAR AND THAT THE POWER STEERING PUMP IS BAD. I WAS TOLD THAT THE POWER STEERING PUMP IS SUPPOSE TO MAKE NOISE LOL AND THAT ALSO THE ENGINE SHOULD ALSO B MAKING STRANGE NOISES. I WAS ALSO TOLD WELL EVEN IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE OR PUMP THEY WOULD NOT BE COVERING IT EVEN THO I WAS WITHIN MY 90 DAYS. SO AS I SET UP MY SECOND APPT TO RETURN CAR THE SHOP IS CLOSED DUE TO COVID SO THEY RESCHEDULED MY APPT.BY TIME I GO BACK THEY TELL ME WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. SO BOTTOM LINE JUST AS THE TOLD ME FROM MY SALESMAN THEY HAD THEIR MIND SET NOT TO PUT ANYMORE MONEY INTO MY VEHICLE WARRANTY OR NOT. I ALSO CALLED CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE A CALL BACK WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HRS WHICH IS A CALL BACK THAT I NEVER RECIEVED TO THIS DAY. SIDENOTE WHICH MAKES IT EVEN WORSE I ALSO WORK FOR CHEVY. SO Y FEELING IS IF THIS IS HOW A SAME GM EMPLOYEE IS TREATED I CAN IMAGINE IF I WAS A REG CUSTOMER . SO BASICLY I ENDED UP WITH A 12THOUSAND DOLLAR CAR THAT NEEDED ABOUT 5 MORE THOUSAND OR MORE WORTH OF WORK WITH 90 DAY WARRANTY COVERING WHAT THE ONLY FELT LIKE CHANGING. I JUST CANT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE TREATMENT COMING FROM A GM DEALERSHIP I WOULD OF EXPECTED THIS FROM A SIDE SHOP IF YOU ASK ME THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY OG GM. More

No integrity and dishonest We recently purchased a used car from AutoNation and was told at the time of purchase by the finance manager, Ben, that the finance company required G We recently purchased a used car from AutoNation and was told at the time of purchase by the finance manager, Ben, that the finance company required GAAP insurance and an "Appearance Package" in order for us to get the vehicle. A few days later, the lender called us and let us know they do NOT require either of these packages to finance with them. This is also our third automobile threw AutoNation, so we felt like they were trustworthy. However, I am now disgusted after being lied to face-to-face, and clearly taken advantage of. After confronting the dealership about this matter, they admitted that they added these packages to cover themselves. Their "no haggle" line is BS and is only be beneficial to their company as they add on "packages" to pad their bottom line cost of the vehicle WITHOUT being honest and informing the consumer. It's a shame because we live close and have used them exclusively for years thinking they weren't the stereotypical snake oil salesmen. Guess we learned the hard way and hope anybody thinking about going to them thinks twice about their integrity and "no haggle" nonsense before purchasing. More

Upon arrival, he had the car waiting for me at the door to test drive and made sure I was aware of how to utilize the features in the car. Later, I met with Frank in the finance department who worked with me to be sure I was getting the best financing. After my purchase, Christos followed upon with me via email and phone to ensure I was having no issues and to see if I had any questions I truly appreciate how helpful and pleasant everyone was through the process and I will definitely go back when I am ready to purchase a new car.
