Been going to this dealer for more years than I want to admit for purchases and service. The staff has changed in service department. Couldn’t care less that you’re even there, these days. Had “one” specia admit for purchases and service. The staff has changed in service department. Couldn’t care less that you’re even there, these days. Had “one” special service request to put a certain amount of air in my tired, to save me from bending over st air pump; nope, they didn’t do it until I came back to point it out. My service writer had zero interest in my needs or satisfaction. Look forward to next visit…sure. Once this was a respectable dealership. Gone! More

Charles and his sales manager made this the most efficient buying process I've ever experienced. When Charles called me about trading in my Equinox, I told him the exact car I wanted (given current efficient buying process I've ever experienced.
