I own a VOLT - Once Chevy/GM discontinued - It has been classified "a piece of junk." - I even had one dealer - recommend - just keep it - it is not worth trading - BECAUSE OF THE BATTERY! - Chevrolet/GM - GOODBYE - you will never see me buy a vehicle from you again!!! P.S. Autonation's staff and personnel were nice - but they can't fix junk! More

This was a horrible experience. They tried to rip me off. Never going back. Their mechanics are paid by the piece and after going in for a routine check up the bill came back at 9000.00. They tried to charge me for breaks I just had fixed and added additional parts that were unneeded. After sending me their estimate and I refused the work they proceeded to do work without my authorization which I was then charged for. I took my car in for a GPS issue in 2020 and was told it would be 800.00 to diagnose the issue. Now in 2022 the gps is finally broke but they wanted 600.00 to fix. What happened to the 800.00 fee for the diagnosis? 2700 to fix an AC unit which included an entire replacement of the AC control panel. Please note this vehicle is a 2016 car with only 65,000 miles. Do not go to this dealership. They are a rip off More

When I picked up my car at the end of the day I was confronted with a large bill that I had to pay on the spot if I wanted to have my keys returned. The staff made no apology. This is just the latest in problems I have had with this dealership. More
While I've had good experiences with this dealer, this visit was not one of them. I had a check engine light coming on. Although my car was running fine, I made an appointment to have it checked out. W visit was not one of them. I had a check engine light coming on. Although my car was running fine, I made an appointment to have it checked out. When I called Greg W. to find out what the diagnostic report was, he said there was a problem with the fuel system, but they needed more time to figure it out and I needed to leave my car until Monday. On Monday, I called twice to follow up on the status before getting a call back. Greg said I needed to replace my all my fuel injectors and spark plugs which would cost $2100. This seemed excessive and I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to another mechanic who ran the diagnostic program and could not find any issues. The bottom line is my car is running fine and the check engine light is not coming on anymore. While I'm still not sure why it came on, what I do know is that I saved myself an unneeded expense of $2100 for work I didn't need. To make things worse, I was charged $150 just to look at it. The whole experience just felt like a big rip off. More
