While I've had good experiences with this dealer, this visit was not one of them. I had a check engine light coming on. Although my car was running fine, I made an appointment to have it checked out. W visit was not one of them. I had a check engine light coming on. Although my car was running fine, I made an appointment to have it checked out. When I called Greg W. to find out what the diagnostic report was, he said there was a problem with the fuel system, but they needed more time to figure it out and I needed to leave my car until Monday. On Monday, I called twice to follow up on the status before getting a call back. Greg said I needed to replace my all my fuel injectors and spark plugs which would cost $2100. This seemed excessive and I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to another mechanic who ran the diagnostic program and could not find any issues. The bottom line is my car is running fine and the check engine light is not coming on anymore. While I'm still not sure why it came on, what I do know is that I saved myself an unneeded expense of $2100 for work I didn't need. To make things worse, I was charged $150 just to look at it. The whole experience just felt like a big rip off. More

Work was perform in time-frame stated and was done very well, Car was delivered to us after the work and was very clean. Waiting room was very clean as was the restroom. Set my appointment online and was able to get my truck serviced almost immediately. I will say if you are looking to get that super VIP service ask for Gregory Roper. I hadn't been back to AutoNation in a while due to timing and distance so I was pleased with this new addition of Mr. Roper to the team. Highly knowledgably very attentive and a all around people person plus my truck was taken car of!!!! I think they need to bring back free car wash with oil change what you all think?????? More

I find the dealership very unfriendly, cold and unresponsive. I received my usual warm welcome from Hannibal at check-in and Greg Winebrenner was his usual competent self as to let me know what my unresponsive.
