I purchased a vehicle here yesterday (10/9) and received amazing service. I was unprepared on what car I wanted and feared being taken advantage of and being overwhelmed. Not only was I provided with the space to peruse, the first thing anyone who worked here asked me was if I needed any water or coffee. This level of care continued throughout the 3 hours I was there. When I asked questions about vehicles, I was given honest and informed answers. These professionals treated me as a human being and not as dollar signs. I was treated like family. Even the relationship between the staff was rare. They took care of each other and respected each other within their departments. The General Manager even came over to check on us and her employees to offer her assistance. Seeing upper management on the floor, helping the bottom line, not letting ego or arrogance prevent her team from their success is so rare.
