I had an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30. They didn’t get to my vehicle until Friday morning. This was very inconvenient since they don’t offer a loaner vehicle. Staff was friendly however very disorganized and lacking structure. Car was misrepresented that we drove 3-1/2 hours to purchase but dealership came to an agreement to pay for the repairs.
