POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE (ESPECIALLY OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS) This dealership is run by the most disorganized and unprofessional group of people, they seemed pleasant and nice at first. But the second they take your hard earned money, they do not give a xxxx about you or your business. My fiancé and I traveled from out-of-state to purchase a car from this dealership in October, what was supposed to be an exciting experience turned into nothing but an absolute nightmare. After the paperwork was signed and the money was handed over, we were told that the plates and registration would be mailed to us within 6 weeks. 6 weeks flew by and the plates and registration did not come. So naturally I contacted the dealership to figure out what was going on and was told that someone quit and the paperwork was mishandled but to not worry, they would send a temporary extension for the temp plates and that the plates and registration would be with us long before the temp was up. The next day paperwork that had already been filled out was mailed to us. Another month goes by and still no plates. I was constantly calling the dealership, being sent around to 3 different people, having my calls and texts ignored. Then we come in contact with the general manager, who now says that they will no longer take our calls and that we can only communicate via an email chain. Over the next few weeks they are now blaming their tag and title department. Our last temporary extension expires and now left without a car that we are paying for and the only accommodation the general manager has to offer is an “I’m sorry” and blame shifting to another department of their dealership. We asked several times for a rental to get to work since we are now without a car, which was refused. We were then texted by the dealership saying they had the plates & registration and they would overnight them to us, then we were emailed saying they didn’t actually have the plates and that they’d be here a few days later, and they never showed up and were never even shipped out!! I asked for emailed updates on the communication between the general manager and their tag and title department in the mean time so we could know what was going on and was never answered. Here we are 3 months later and a week with a new car rotting in the driveway, finally got the plates!! We are not the only ones who have gone through this, I’ve combed through reviews and it seems like mishandling the paperwork for out-of-state buyers and leaving you stranded and taken advantage for MONTHS is not an uncommon thing for this dealership. If you’d like to buy a new car, take your hard earned money somewhere else. More

I purchased a vehicle here yesterday (10/9) and received amazing service. I was unprepared on what car I wanted and feared being taken advantage of and being overwhelmed. Not only was I provided with the space to peruse, the first thing anyone who worked here asked me was if I needed any water or coffee. This level of care continued throughout the 3 hours I was there. When I asked questions about vehicles, I was given honest and informed answers. These professionals treated me as a human being and not as dollar signs. I was treated like family. Even the relationship between the staff was rare. They took care of each other and respected each other within their departments. The General Manager even came over to check on us and her employees to offer her assistance. Seeing upper management on the floor, helping the bottom line, not letting ego or arrogance prevent her team from their success is so rare. This level of collaboration is the reason my experience was so fluid and stress free. I’m so thankful to have had this experience.
