Unreliable, & disappointing. Experience was the worst I’ve ever been part of! Planned on purchasing custom Tahoe o built, but ran into one issue after another! First was the wheels ordered didn’t arrive I’ve ever been part of! Planned on purchasing custom Tahoe o built, but ran into one issue after another! First was the wheels ordered didn’t arrive with vehicle so told “maybe” next day. Next nothing, then start of the week (nothing), then it’ll be 4 months until they show up! So the fix is to have us pay $1K towards tires so they can put other rims on it until they come in!? Seriously!? So after some back and forth they finally agreed to provide the rims and tires 24 a 28 hrs, but did that happen? Nope, try a week later of calling and asking multiple times about that status of these rims and tires! At this point we are now a little more than 2 weeks after signing paperwork and no car! Then when finally “ready” we head over to look it over and get the keys just to find it to be scratched AF, on back driver side panel of tail light, the lift gate, back light itself and rear side glass window. It Wasn’t like that when it arrived, we had a chance to look it over when it was delivered and it definitely wasn’t scratched. The fix is to buff it out? I could walk around that dealership and bet I would not find a used car that would have the amount of scratches this new 2022 custom ordered vehicle does now! Definitely NOT looking to deal with Chevrolet again. I’ve had many makes and models but this was absolutely the worst experience and with a new 2022!!! How is that possible!!! More
