As former Silverado owners of 2 trucks bought here at AutoNation Chevrolet North and since I am downsizing after 11 yrs of truck ownership I decided to buy a used car here. I saw it online and liked a sm AutoNation Chevrolet North and since I am downsizing after 11 yrs of truck ownership I decided to buy a used car here. I saw it online and liked a small Ford SUV. Matt the sales person was attentive,polite, and patient, qualities that us older folk appreciate. Now for the negative- The next day I asked for a courtesy spare key since auto only came with one key. There after issues began. I was told I had to pay for a secondary key and in addition that a 5 day 250 mile money back warranty did not apply for used vehicles. I see it in writing on the contract and i confirmed online that it applies to all AutoNation Dealerships regardless of used as is condition. This is day #2 and already having regrets after speaking to manager Derek. Iam very disappointed since I thought the dealership would appreciate former and new customers. More
