Worse Dealership Ever! starting with Leo the General manager down to the shop manager and mechanics. Bought car in Oct.2023 Car was in shop in Nov then back in Dec and neve starting with Leo the General manager down to the shop manager and mechanics. Bought car in Oct.2023 Car was in shop in Nov then back in Dec and never got it back. Had purchased extended warranty but vehicle was not fixed. Just sat in shop while I had to make payments. Still has paper plates. Finally let it go in March. Was not gonna keep paying for car to just sit in shop. No communication and getting run around. Stop answering my calls. Worse service and employees. More

I was quoted 2900+ for a body valve replacement, so I questioned it,and had my car towed to a transmission expert who found nothing wrong with it. My experience was terrible and this is from a long time customer. It was near impossible for me to ever reach anyone to find out what was going on with the repairs of my vehicle. My truck was there over a customer. It was near impossible for me to ever reach anyone to find out what was going on with the repairs of my vehicle. My truck was there over a month and I had only owned it for 4 months. Brand new truck that sat in repair for more than 30 days. I am still Unsure about what even happened to it and only know the engine was replaced. No explanation of warranty now or anything. Terrible service. More
