Took my 2015 Tahoe into AutoNation North Corpus Christi because the ride had become very ruff. My service advisor, Sam Hinojosa, listened to my concerns, wrote up a service ticket, and gave me a ride home. because the ride had become very ruff. Later that day I received a video text from the technician Rudy, showing me exactly what the problem was, and what it would take to fix it. I really appreciated that video evidence of the problem. Sam called me back an hour later with an estimate, got my okay, and ordered the parts. He also kept me informed of the progress along the way. I was happy with my Service Advisor Sam, and would definitely call on him again when I need service. I was also impressed with the quality of the repairs preformed by Rudy. More
