I took my car in yesterday 11/30 for an oil change. I had an appointment at 8:45 and got there early to check in. We didn’t end up leaving until about 11:30. I was getting extremely frustrated since it I had an appointment at 8:45 and got there early to check in. We didn’t end up leaving until about 11:30. I was getting extremely frustrated since it was hard because I had my toddler with me. The service rep Juan was extremely kind and apologized for the wait multiple times. At the end he didn’t charge us due to this and that was above and beyond what I expected to happen. There was an issue early in the morning that caused the wait and I just appreciated him letting me know and then also covering the costs. Great customer service! Great communication! Thank you!!! Dropped off Vehicle on November 9th and finally got it back November 29th. Lifters were changed, shark fin camera replaced, driver seat leather cover replaced. My 23 Camaro 1LE is upkept and stored in t back November 29th. Lifters were changed, shark fin camera replaced, driver seat leather cover replaced. My 23 Camaro 1LE is upkept and stored in the garage, it is 1 yr old with 6k miles on it and I always keep nice and polished, but I always get it back filthy and dusty. On 11/29 I was informed that my car was complete and ready for pick up. Once I arrived the Technician and I were looking over the car. When I got inside the car I quickly noticed that the driver side Camaro step logo was scratched and punctured. The plastic trimming around the step logo facing forward, aft and left were destroyed by all the scratches and rubbing from the seat frame being taken in and out. The metal frame aft of the step logo resulted with paint chipped and the metal was dented and with deep punctures. The seat cover was also scuffed towards the front left corner. After mentioning this to the tech it seemed like no big deal to the tech and he did not seem to care, it seemed like he was hoping I did not notice the damage. I talked to the Service Writer and asked how you can deliver a car after your tech inspected the area he worked in to check for any damages, how can your tech not say anything knowing he signed off on the area worked. Why did you have to wait until the customer identifies them, that clearly tells me that the tech did not care about the customers property. Pictures were taken by me and the service writer, she said she will inform my regular service writer about the situation. I reached out to my main service writer the next day via text, I allowed 4 hours to pass and never received a reply. I reached out again and then he said he needed to catch up on stuff from yesterday and was informed about the situation and also that it was end of month and he will call when he is free. It is now 2 days later and still waiting. I expected a call back at least by the end of the day to allow me to address my concerns and see if he ordered the required parts. More
