This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I was coming out of a really stressful situation after my previous car was totaled, and Matt and Chuck truly took care of me. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make the numbers work and get me into a 2026 Trax ACTIV at an incredible price. I felt respected, supported, and never pressured. They listened to my situation and really went the extra mile to help me. I honestly feel like they gave me a deal that set me up for success, not just a sale. I’m so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

What a rip off the service dept. is, $245 diagnostic check on a item I took in for warranty, I even gave the the code it was showing and as a courtesy they checked other items and charged me the fee. NEVER GOING BACK! I love Chevy Hate Chapman.
