Had a great experience with James (the tech who worked on my engine) and Jennifer (my advisor). Jennifer has been super helpful in keeping me up to date on my repairs and coordinating time to get me in for my engine) and Jennifer (my advisor). And James the tech did an incredible job on my 2013 equinox engine rebuild, It's never ran this well! I got the chance to speak with him and it's the first tech I spoke with who I felt wasn't trying to blow smoke up my rear. Super humble and polite guy. Thank you James and Jennifer for turning my experience with autonation around. Side note shootout for Gary the service manager helping coordinate Chevy helping out with some of the bill even though I was past the warranty period. More

I recently had an oil change done. The service was completed in a very timely manner. However, trying to check out was horrible. I walked in to pick up my car but my service advisor was helping someon completed in a very timely manner. However, trying to check out was horrible. I walked in to pick up my car but my service advisor was helping someone else. I understood and waited. She was obviously having a problem and kept getting up and walking away. She never once made contact with me or acknowledged that I was waiting. The advisor next to her looked at me and said she would “try” to help me once she was finished with what she was doing. She was not helping anyone else and knew I was there to pick up my car. She also got up and walked away about 3 or 4 times. It wasn’t until a third advisor on the other side came over and helped that I was able to get checked out. I stood there for about 20 minutes before being helped. Even the folks at the cashier side were not helpful. I work in customer service and would never have let a customer just wait without trying to help…. Whether my customer or not. I bought my car at this dealer and have gotten all my services done here but I don’t think I will be returning. I recommend setting up a different way of checking out than waiting a service advisor that doesn’t provide service. I commend the third advisor that finally did help me out… he happened to be new. More
