I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time at 11:30. My vehicle was not completed until 2:45. I had an appointment and it took 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oi tire rotation. I arrived on time at 11:30. My vehicle was not completed until 2:45. Car was recently in for service. Asked that they check tire pressure as I knew tires were low. When I picked up the car the pressure both front and back was 30 on 3 tires and 29 on l Asked that they check tire pressure as I knew tires were low. When I picked up the car the pressure both front and back was 30 on 3 tires and 29 on left rear tire. It clearly reads on the door that tire pressure needs to be 35. I can only assume that the person who worked on my car should not be a mechanic. On the other hand, my service advisor is the BEST I have had in many years of servicing cars. Jennifer knows more than many mechanics and has solved problems on my car when no one else could. Kudos and accolades to Jennifer. Feel free to replace the guy that worked on my car last Wednesday. Had my Tahoe serviced at AutoNation Chevy and Kiara, my Service Advisor, made sure the service was thorough and complete while keeping me updated on the status of the work.
