Called to schedule an appointment to get a check engine light diagnosed. Appointment scheduled for the next day. Then I received a text from Nick stating that they are 3-4 weeks out on diagnosis and I woul light diagnosed. Appointment scheduled for the next day. Then I received a text from Nick stating that they are 3-4 weeks out on diagnosis and I would need to leave my car there so it could be in line for diagnosis for 3-4 weeks. Needless to say I contacted a different dealership that could get me in the next day and would have it diagnosed in 24 hours. Never going back again. Who expects to be without their car for 3-4 weeks while it’s in line for diagnosis? More

My rating was excellent until April 5th. I had an appt. for 9:00 arrived at 8:45 and then waited. My truck did not get put in a service stall until 10:25 and for just an oil change did not g I had an appt. for 9:00 arrived at 8:45 and then waited. My truck did not get put in a service stall until 10:25 and for just an oil change did not get out of there until 11:50 or so. I have had my truck serviced there ever since I bought it there and usually was out of there in an hour until COVID then it did take a little longer. The time before this, it took longer because they told me that the technician was a trainee. Well, I say that this is bad customer service. They should have taken care of my truck at 9:00 or at least said something. When I approached Sean about the time it was taking, he said, well, it was taken in line. If that is the case, there should not be so many appts. made that you have to wait three hours for oil change. I had another appt. at 1:00 and barely made it. Not a happy camper. More
