My husband and I have been so disappointed with this dealership. We had a really great salesman and then it went all down hill from there. Poor communication, terrible customer service, employees in all departments with minimal knowledge or help, and scheduling an appointment takes weeks upon weeks. We will never make contact with this dealership again. We certainly regret purchasing any warranty with them. More
They moved my appointment twice and then when we finally showed up on the correct day at the correct time, they wanted me to leave my car with them for 3 days to check out a warranty issue. Also tried to tell me it wasn’t under warranty anymore. I had to spend the afternoon on the phone with the dealer I purchased from to verify the warranty. They didn’t understand what the problem was as to why the other dealer was questioning it. I’ve dealt with this dealer many times and have never been treated so poorly before. Warranty issue is still unresolved because I can’t be without transportation for 3 days and they say they don’t provide a rental if the car is drivable. Well if they have my car, it is NOT drivable. Service tech was great, service advisor not so much. Didn’t communicate at all. I made an appt. For 10 am, dropped my truck off and was never told anything about them being behind and my truck might not Didn’t communicate at all. I made an appt. I had to call several times to find out about my truck. Finally got ahold of are service advisor at 6:00 at night!! Only to find out that they had cars from last week that need to get done and my truck was not looked at! How Am I supposed to make arrangements for work at 6:00 at night! If I was told this when I first dropped it off I would have been able to make arrangements and not worry about my truck. The communication from that advisor is non existent. More

My service advisor Chase Bellows went above and beyond taking care of emissions-check engine light issue. Diagnostic was run promptly, solution identified, luckily the part needed was in stock and close b taking care of emissions-check engine light issue. Considering the shortage of labor in todays world, services provided far exceeded expectations! More
I went in for an oil change and asked them to check on a smell coming from my AC and why my tires squealed all the time. After being there for 5mins my service rep came back and said one of his coworkers re smell coming from my AC and why my tires squealed all the time. After being there for 5mins my service rep came back and said one of his coworkers recommended a product I can buy to help get rid of the smell. They obviously didn’t check anything in the vehicle yet. After 2.5hrs of waiting I finally asked when my car would be done and he apologized and said they are finishing up. 40mins later he came and got me. He said there is nothing wrong with the tires and that if I ever wanted to purchase new ones they can help. He offer a brand that he uses on his cars. He did apologize for the wait and said they are revamping the process for the service department and ended up not charging for the service. He was very nice but I just don’t feel like they tried to help me with my issues and taking over 3hrs for a service that can be done in 15-30mins seems crazy. I am now needing to return because my windshield wiper sprayer hasn’t worked since my oil change. Oh my car is a 2021 with under 20,000 miles. More
