Very nice and polite. Dropped my Tahoe off to get a oil change. Then used the free shuttle service. The driver was nice. Didn’t push the issue like some service departments do. Told me my shuttle was on the way. Picked me up and took me back to get my Tahoe. It was quick and easy. Even gave me a courtesy wash with the oil change. Will definitely be going back. More

By far the worst dealership I have ever been to, and will never go back. They say that they will honor the work that they do on your vehicle, but when you bring it back in they say they can’t do it. I've visited this dealership twice in the past 3 weeks. The first time was due to an object in my tire causing a leak. Erik got me in immediately and took care of it. They were beyond amazing at the service center. I've put so much money into my car already and nothing would fix the issue so I took it there to get diagnosed. I have no idea about cars and Erik my service guy was amazing, he was such a good listener to everything I had to say and he explained so much about my car to me and how some things work and how that can happen and by the end of it the kind service manager took car off my cost since the diagnosis was something I've already had work done and it might just be a known Chevy thing and I could not believe that act of kindness they showed me. Without even being asked all because they stand by they don't want to just take people for their money they really are there to help and service what they actually need to. I will forever now go here because I will trust that they will be honest and fair and truly want to help me not just take my money. Because to trust a dealership to not give you a run for your money is very hard but they proved to me that not all of them are bad. More
