Probably one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. Each previous service visits has been mediocre at best and the last and final visit the worst. I demanded the immediate return of my vehicle and left. Really regret buying a Chevy. More
The service department was understaffed but they did get my oil change done within 3 hours. When I picked up the car, although they did have plastic on the seat and paper on the floor, there were some wet my oil change done within 3 hours. When I picked up the car, although they did have plastic on the seat and paper on the floor, there were some wet marks on the armrest. The person that greeted me was great and kept me well informed. When I got back home, I noticed that the tire pressures on my 4 tires were the same as they were when I dropped it off, 28-29 psi. The recommended tire pressure is 32 psi. I checked the service sheet and there was a checkmark that the tire pressures were checked and the TPMS was reset, that was not true. The multi-point vehicle inspection sheet that they use is a joke. They use 4 different checkmarks of various shades to mark what was inspected and what was not inspected. Good luck telling the difference on a printed copy. So, basically I bring my new car in for it's first service and they don't check everything to see if it is ok. How hard is it to check the air in the tires? More

Iv made an appointment a month in advance to my service date on August 20th 2022 arrived and was told the service writer I was assigned to called in sick and handed off to raul I told him why I was there,o date on August 20th 2022 arrived and was told the service writer I was assigned to called in sick and handed off to raul I told him why I was there,oil change rotate tires have drivers front end looked at for a second time and before I could finish talking he said we don't have time for all that.After a few words of wasting my time a second time to have the front end looked at.I told him to change the oil and rotate the tired and I would be contacting autonation corporate.I watched my truck pull into the shop it sat in the bay closest to the window after half an hour or so a young man moved the truck down 5 bays and changed the oil when finished he returned my truck to the service lane for pickup. Raul came over to me and said my truck was done and showed me paperwork of what was done to my truck I then asked him why the tires were never rotated he said didn't have time it was a free service we offer anyway. So angry I took my keys off his desk and left. Your moto states fix a small problem before it becomes a big problem when I bought this truck I have a year left on the factory warranty and purchased one of the best extended warranties,ishould be able to have my truck fixed if not I will be looking at other avenues to have resolved with autonation. More
