Appointment was for 10 a was told ther is a two hr wait short staff told the person it didn’t say anything when I filled the form on line he said you should have callled and set your appointment why have o short staff told the person it didn’t say anything when I filled the form on line he said you should have callled and set your appointment why have online service sat in the show room waiting for car they didn’t get to it till 12.30 went to talk to the service manager is reply was you don’t think you car is going to be worked on at the time you set your appointment and we are short staff I say that’s your problem your running the department people should not have to wait that long for a oil change and tire rotation they didn’t even wash the car when they were done which was at 1.30 the bad part is there was only three other people waiting for there car if I didn’t get the oil change package when I bought the car I take my business somewhere else will not by another car from this place Sales is ok but service is bad More

My service advisor, Chase Bellows, was very thorough and professional. He and the auto service team quickly solved the electrical problem and put me back on the road. They only get one start because Google made me do it. I got the coupon for a free oil change, so why not. I drive a Lexus GS350, so a free oil change is like $300 in the pocket... I should have just spent the money to get the extra attention to detail. I will say that they were prompt, and I did get in around the time that my appointment was set. But aside from that... They did not give me a tag notifying me of when my next oil change was, they did not reset the maintenance required button, and I didn't even get a car wash or rinse off afterwards. The real issue, though, was that, before I went in, I knew that I had a nail in the tire. I noticed it while washing my car four days prior. But since my tire pressure was not affected, I did nothing. When the service guy gave me my keys, he looked me in my eye and said they checked all tires, and saw no nails in the tire... The nail had a washer on the end, so I can't imagine how that could be missed if you actually looked. But it was free, so you pay for what you get... Thanks for another great experience AutoNation!! Did NOT rotate tires. Tire pressure on all 4 tires was still lower than recommended and now I have DIRTY water in my windshield wash reservoir.
