I came in to have a repair done on my Chevy Spark without an appointment. Chase, the attendant greeted me promptly and listened to me intently as I discussed my concerns with the vehicle performance. As the cause was unknown, Chase got me onto the first shuttle back home and contacted me within a few hours of the cause. They were beyond amazing at the service center. I've put so much money into my car already and nothing would fix the issue so I took it there to get diagnosed. I have no idea about cars and Erik my service guy was amazing, he was such a good listener to everything I had to say and he explained so much about my car to me and how some things work and how that can happen and by the end of it the kind service manager took car off my cost since the diagnosis was something I've already had work done and it might just be a known Chevy thing and I could not believe that act of kindness they showed me. Without even being asked all because they stand by they don't want to just take people for their money they really are there to help and service what they actually need to. I will forever now go here because I will trust that they will be honest and fair and truly want to help me not just take my money. Because to trust a dealership to not give you a run for your money is very hard but they proved to me that not all of them are bad. More

Service tech was great, service advisor not so much. Didn’t communicate at all. I made an appt. For 10 am, dropped my truck off and was never told anything about them being behind and my truck might not Didn’t communicate at all. I made an appt. For 10 am, dropped my truck off and was never told anything about them being behind and my truck might not be looked at. Waited all day no call from anyone. I had to call several times to find out about my truck. Finally got ahold of are service advisor at 6:00 at night!! Only to find out that they had cars from last week that need to get done and my truck was not looked at! How Am I supposed to make arrangements for work at 6:00 at night! If I was told this when I first dropped it off I would have been able to make arrangements and not worry about my truck. The communication from that advisor is non existent. More
My husband and I have been so disappointed with this dealership. We had a really great salesman and then it went all down hill from there. Poor communication, terrible customer service, employees in all departments with minimal knowledge or help, and scheduling an appointment takes weeks upon weeks. We will never make contact with this dealership again. We certainly regret purchasing any warranty with them. More
They moved my appointment twice and then when we finally showed up on the correct day at the correct time, they wanted me to leave my car with them for 3 days to check out a warranty issue. Also tried to tell me it wasn’t under warranty anymore. I had to spend the afternoon on the phone with the dealer I purchased from to verify the warranty. They didn’t understand what the problem was as to why the other dealer was questioning it. I’ve dealt with this dealer many times and have never been treated so poorly before. Warranty issue is still unresolved because I can’t be without transportation for 3 days and they say they don’t provide a rental if the car is drivable. Well if they have my car, it is NOT drivable.
