When appointments are made 2 weeks in advance for engine light on, cars should be looked at on appointment day, not held for another week to be looked at. People do need cars for work. Made an appointment and showed up at 10am, and waited with the vehicle. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and interior clean out. Initially told it would take 3-4 hours. I left, went to lunch, came back, and waited until almost 5PM to get my vehicle back. I was frustrated, but I know things happen. I moved to Washington State shortly after, and then moved back to San Tan Valley a few years later, and driving a different Chevy. Every service I’ve had from this location since I have been back has been great. They have always kept me informed during my visit, and if there was any issues, they were eager to resolve it! More
