Been going to this dealership for 12 years. Recently had an oil change completed on my new car. I wasn’t offered a car wash for the first time ever and the price was raised by more than 35%. Service department wanted to charge me $273 to change a headlight bulb! Ridiculous! Never again! It makes me wonder how many people just go with whatever they’re charged.
