Very friendly staff eager to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve been a service customer of this location for a little over a year. My first service impression was horrible. Made an appointment and showed up at 10am, and waited with the vehicle. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and interior clean out. Initially told it would take 3-4 hours. I left, went to lunch, came back, and waited until almost 5PM to get my vehicle back. I was frustrated, but I know things happen. I moved to Washington State shortly after, and then moved back to San Tan Valley a few years later, and driving a different Chevy. Every service I’ve had from this location since I have been back has been great. They have always kept me informed during my visit, and if there was any issues, they were eager to resolve it! More

Appointment was for 10 a was told ther is a two hr wait short staff told the person it didn’t say anything when I filled the form on line he said you should have callled and set your appointment why have o short staff told the person it didn’t say anything when I filled the form on line he said you should have callled and set your appointment why have online service sat in the show room waiting for car they didn’t get to it till 12.30 went to talk to the service manager is reply was you don’t think you car is going to be worked on at the time you set your appointment and we are short staff I say that’s your problem your running the department people should not have to wait that long for a oil change and tire rotation they didn’t even wash the car when they were done which was at 1.30 the bad part is there was only three other people waiting for there car if I didn’t get the oil change package when I bought the car I take my business somewhere else will not by another car from this place Sales is ok but service is bad More
