Called to schedule an appt. Hit to schedule and it rang and rang then transferred? to where and it rang and rang and no answer. So no I had to schedule thru my pc. Finally f Hit to schedule and it rang and rang then transferred? to where and it rang and rang and no answer. So no I had to schedule thru my pc. Finally found the site and it listed times and dates available by service manager so I picked Gagnon who was assigned last time. Got to the dealership on time. First 3 rows on rt were blocked with vehicles facing out. Remaining 2 were open. Finally was able to pull up and no one came and gagnon was sitting at her desk. Finally a service manager ask if I needed help and I said I was scheduled with Gagnon. He ask if I had to have her and I said I just want an oil change. He pulled up my info and took my keys. I ask the cost and he said about $120. I said I only wanted an oil change( I thought the cost quite high) and he said about 100. Waited about an hour or so and got a text from Chase wanting me to add them(?) on to be able to text me. I thought it was from Chase bank. Didn't respond. About 10- 15 min later the guy who was handling the process yelled my name as he walked from his desk (on my left) to the printer (on the right) and said my truck was ready as he walked back to his desk. I was in the middle of the waiting area with about 5 people between him and me and other sitting to my right. Got my truck and paid and it cost $92.85, more than $30 dollars that 2 other Chevy dealers had coupons for. I then realized he was the 'Chase' who wanted to text me. Guess autonation no longer cares about good customer service. Face to face is no longer the in thing just be impersonal and text even though you are only 20-30 feet away and obviously in yelling distance. My truck was in one of the 3 lanes of vehicles on the rt 3 lanes and the had not brought it up for easy access to leave. I had to back up across 3 lanes and drive out the in lane. What a mess this site has become. I have already decided to to ever go to this place again. They don't seem to like customers or people. I also found they did not ask nor mention adding this to the autonation rewards when I had purchased my truck from this site. I tried on autonation site to see how to add it on and it said to send a message but that didn't work as it never sent nor was there an address so I could manually send an email. More
The check in was done quickly and efficiently and I was notified when the truck was ready for pick up. The check out is done by the service representative so there was some minor delay while he finished w notified when the truck was ready for pick up. The check out is done by the service representative so there was some minor delay while he finished with an earlier customer. All in all the experience was very good. Rafael was very efficient and friendly. More
When appointments are made 2 weeks in advance for engine light on, cars should be looked at on appointment day, not held for another week to be looked at. People do need cars for work. Now we have to go bac light on, cars should be looked at on appointment day, not held for another week to be looked at. People do need cars for work. Now we have to go back to end of line because we needed car to get to work, we couldn’t leave it. The people were friendly but that doesn’t fix car issues. More
