I scheduled my Camaro for an oil change/7500 mile check up at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:25, and told the team I was staying with my car, and would need to be on my way as quickly as possible. I went in a up at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:25, and told the team I was staying with my car, and would need to be on my way as quickly as possible. I went in and waited in the waiting area. by 12:30pm, as no one had spoken with me, I went and checked and found that my car was still waiting to be be pulled into the garage. It had literally sat out there for 60 minutes while I sat in the waiting area. 15 minutes, even 20 minutes would seem reasonable. 60 minutes of it not moving means that their appointment system is useless. I requested my car be brought to me immediately as I did not have time to wait, given that there was no estimate of when my car would get taken back. I live alone, so either I wait for my car, or have to depend on shuttles. As I worked that afternoon in chandler, a shuttle back to my house was not a option. My car was brought to me quickly, but then I asked to speak with the manager. The team tried to find the manager, originally said he was in some type of chili contest, and then that he was in a meeting. I was assured the manager would contact me. I never received a phone call. I have purchased 2 cars from autonation, and received excellent customer service. Over the years I have brought all of my cars to this autonation for service, but the past few years the service is a shot in the dark. You have to expect to spend 3-4 hours for just an oil change and an appointment time means nothing. I know that people say this is how dealerships are, but why? Why have me make an appointment for a specific time if you do not intend to even attempt to meet that time period. I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED -- and even more so now that the manager never attempted to call me. More

I have a 2004 Vette and the dealership worked on a window regulator issue. I wasn't pleased with their work and I spoke to the manager, who listened and got this issue resolved. I made an appointment for me 2007 corvette convertible. Once I arrived I was told that it would be a week before they could look at my vehicle. What is the use of an appointment? I let them keep my car. Once I arrived I was told that it would be a week before they could look at my vehicle. What is the use of an appointment? I let them keep my car. The following week my car was still sitting on the parking lot. The service rep texted me to tell me that I am number 8 in line for diagnosis. The following day the service told me that the car was in the shop and that he would update me. Well after 2 weeks I was fed up. The shop had not looked at my for at all. I finally told Chase that I would pick my car up. Once I arrived Chase pull my car up. I don't know if the car was ever in the shop. Either the shop misled Chase or Chase misled me. I will you folks figure that out. The other thing that really ticked me off was my car was filthy on the outside along with bird crap on my top and trunk. Looks like my car was outside for 2 weeks and no one ever looked at it, other than to move the car from one side of the lot to another side of the lot. My experience was not good. More
