Oil change and tire rotation was done as expected. Auto stop was not working and I had asked that they check that out during this service. I had left my car the night before. At 12:30 PM I called to see if my car was done. I was told that they were still trying to find the problem with the Auto Stop. I told them that I had appointments at 2:00 PM and needed my car back. I was told to come to the dealership and if they didn't have it fixed, I could bring it back at a later date. I was not happy with that! They sent their shuttle service to pick me up approx. 1:15PM. When I got to the dealership my car was done, I paid my bill and I drove home! Note: they had checked with GM and was told to check my battery for a weak cell. I had a weak cell so the battery was replaced and that corrected my auto stop problem. I feel It should not have taken that long to figure out my cars problem. More

I scheduled promotional $69 oil change on my 2019 Equinox. Chase said he will use this coupon! When time to pay the bill was $178! He said he forgot the promotion coupon and adjusted bill to $108! Still to much and charge for tire rotation that I did not request! Adjusted again to $79! As I left I noticed no windshield oil change sticker as old one still on! Kiera did a great job working with me to get my Vette serviced! Upgraded to ceramic pads and got an oil change.
