I made an appointment for me 2007 corvette convertible. Once I arrived I was told that it would be a week before they could look at my vehicle. What is the use of an appointment? The following week my car was still sitting on the parking lot. The service rep texted me to tell me that I am number 8 in line for diagnosis. The following day the service told me that the car was in the shop and that he would update me. Well after 2 weeks I was fed up. The shop had not looked at my for at all. I finally told Chase that I would pick my car up. Once I arrived Chase pull my car up. I don't know if the car was ever in the shop. Either the shop misled Chase or Chase misled me. I will you folks figure that out. The other thing that really ticked me off was my car was filthy on the outside along with bird crap on my top and trunk. Looks like my car was outside for 2 weeks and no one ever looked at it, other than to move the car from one side of the lot to another side of the lot. My experience was not good. More

A new transmission was quoted over the phone by Chase, that was my mistake that I didnt get it in writing. The whole thing costed 2k over what it should have. Make sure to shop around and get your estimate in writing or they will rake you over the coals. He quoted price only for parts and not labor while I was asking directly for the total cost and weighing my choices. 6k quickly jumped to 9k when all was said and done. No updates or prices were given in writing. The whole thing took weeks with no updates, either with the maintenance or price. My truck still has a shake to it after this whole ordeal. Will never do business here again. More

Let's just address the latest incident and the one that "broke the camel's back". You see they'll throw out all types of red carpet for you until you sign and then the real dealership appears. Recently I took my truck in with only 5k miles for their second attempt to properly repair my rear door panel as it is bowed out and doesn't sit flush like the other three door panels. I was told it was all repaired and they handed me my keys and sent me on my way. Upon inspection, it was not repaired and the tech who worked on it took it upon themselves to try and actually force a molded door panel flush rather than going through each and every clip and fastener (which actually work to pull the door panel flush against the door). In doing so they scratched up the molded plastic window trim (this site doesn't have the option for me to post pics or I would). Because of the trim material it is not repairable and the door panel still doesn't sit flush. Gezz I've had it with this dealership. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else for your vehicle purchase and service as this experience is one that will happen to you soon enough if you don't and vehicles are just too expensive to be treated in this manner. The staff at the service center were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The service technician who worked on my car was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. He also made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle throughout the day. The work that was performed on my vehicle was done to a high standard, and I could tell that the technician took great care to ensure that everything was done correctly. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and running smoothly. First time in 5 visits that my LOF and Tire rotation was finished in under 4 hours. My vehicle was not washed as it should have been, and I wish they would return my seat and backrest to the position they w finished in under 4 hours. The service department at Auto Nation is by far, the worst we have ever dealt with in the 15+ years we have owned Chevy trucks. We had a leaking rear window, filed an extended warranty claim, picked up worst we have ever dealt with in the 15+ years we have owned Chevy trucks. We had a leaking rear window, filed an extended warranty claim, picked up the truck and it was still leaking. Took it back to address that issue and had a check engine light, charged us $169 to update software, only to have a new error light “Shift to Park” when we picked it up. Scheduled another appointment, took it in, only to be told that they couldn’t look at it for another week? What’s the point of scheduling an appointment. Chase said he would call us after a week to get it in. Then just received a text that they can't have open tickets with the vehicle not there. We cannot be without a vehicle for a week while they diagnose it. Told him that this was unacceptable, so he cancelled our ticket. This dealership has zero customer service, they do not care about the customer or their time. Obviously they do not stand behind their work either. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste any time there.
