Amazed that it took less than an hour for an oil change! I have had some very long wait times at other dealers even when I have an appointment...to the point that I have resorted to quick change oil retai I have had some very long wait times at other dealers even when I have an appointment...to the point that I have resorted to quick change oil retailers. I needed an oil change/tire rotation so I decided to try Autonation Chev in Gilbert with the mindset it was going to take at least 2 hours. The very busy service advisor shuffling car outside greeted me almost immediately and said he would be with me soon. (I was 15 minutes early anyway.) Service advisor Ivan...who appeared to be extremely busy...took the time to get me checked in and had a nice conversation with him while paying my bill. I will be back! Keep up the good work guys... Automation device department was quick in their diagnosis of our problem. They offered several solutions in a honest manner and was transparent on what they did to diagnose our electrical problem. My car makes a noise, I was told someone drove it around and couldn’t find it. When I went to pick up my car I was given a bill for $130ish and when I asked what that was for I was told Preston put it in and couldn’t find it. When I got my car the seat was pushed all the way back & leaned back so far too. I’m frustrated with all if it! So now I need to work with my regular service advisor Chase to schedule time bringing my car back to have the tires rotated back to what they were… It just seemed a little chaotic and unorganized.
