I was able to get easy communication with the service manager and repair completion on Thursday (throttle body needed to be replaced). I was expecting the following week as I said before. I wish that the dealer didn't say that there is an automatic wait of 4-5 days before even looking at the car. It's pretty stressful to have to get a rental and work with knowing your car will be out for at minimum a week. When I picked up the car it was actually quick, however no car wash was done which was disappointing. More
Took my 2022 Chevy 3500HD in for a transmission leak, was told 3-4 days for work completion. Waited 2 weeks for the next available appointment. 3-4 days turned into 3 weeks before I got my truck back. 4 star told 3-4 days for work completion. Waited 2 weeks for the next available appointment. 3-4 days turned into 3 weeks before I got my truck back. 4 stars awarded as the work was completed and everything is working as it should and my service provider (Kiara) was exceptional. She provided updates regularly and was communicating with the tech’s daily. Overall I was very satisfied with the work, the communication from my service provider but a little disappointed how a few days work turned into several weeks. I would go back if I needed to. More

This is the first time I have been disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for my 2002 Corvette over a month ago as I realize there are a limited number of Techs who work on Corvettes. While drivin I scheduled an appointment for my 2002 Corvette over a month ago as I realize there are a limited number of Techs who work on Corvettes. While driving to my scheduled appointment, I received a text that the Techs were 3 to 5 days behind schedule. This was also disappointing as when I arrived Raffel was not even at work. I must give a BIG shout out to Kiara as she stepped up and assisted me with completing the oil change and also rescheduling a service appointment for my check engine light. Kiara was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. Kiara is obviously a True team player as she did not have to apologize for the inconvenience. Thank You Kiara for stepping up. As this is a 2002 Corvette with only 38.000 miles, I'm particular of who works on my car. Hopefully, Kiara will be acknowledged for her professionalism. More

I needed an oil change/tire rotation so I decided to try Autonation Chev in Gilbert with the mindset it was going to take at least 2 hours. The very busy service advisor shuffling car outside greeted me almost immediately and said he would be with me soon. (I was 15 minutes early anyway.) Service advisor Ivan...who appeared to be extremely busy...took the time to get me checked in and had a nice conversation with him while paying my bill. I will be back! Keep up the good work guys...
