The one time I took my car to a chain tire store to get my car serviced, the "technician" did not put the oil filter on correctly which caused an oil leak. This could have potentially caused considerable my car serviced, the "technician" did not put the oil filter on correctly which caused an oil leak. This could have potentially caused considerable damage to my car. I will not take my car anywhere else going forward. This dealership corrected the problem AT NO CHARGE! unheard of. I brought my car in for service. As I drove up there was a friendly and courteous, young man who immediately took me to the appropriate desk. Jennifer, the Service Advisor promptly went over with me what was going to be done on the car. She asked if I wanted to wait there the two to three hours it would take to get the work done. I asked to be driven to a nearby venue which they did right away. Three hours later they called me saying that my car was ready and were sending someone to pick me up. This place was really efficient and service oriented through the entire process. More
Ivan my service advisor did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the service of my 2015 Sierra truck. All the Items I came in to be done were taken care of . I had the pleasure of having Jennifer Gagon as my service advisor. She is by far the best service advisory I have ever dealt with at any Chevy dealer. She is very attentive, helpful and makes you the custome advisor. She is by far the best service advisory I have ever dealt with at any Chevy dealer. She is very attentive, helpful and makes you the customer feel like your vehicle is in good hands. She also updates you so you know what is going on. A lot of other service advisors I have dealt with don’t do that and make you call for an update when your vehicle is well over the time (days) when it was supposed to be completed. She definitely will keep you informed and I will definitely be going to her from now on. More
Service has gotten a little better but this dealerships employees lie on their deals of selling there cars and are not clear about the terms as well. I dropped my truck off the night before for service at 0800 the following morning. It was looked at during the appointment. Unfortunately it was not touched again for 5 days. I took my daughter's car in for a recall. I made an appointment, but when I got there they said they needed to order the parts. I was surprised that they hadn't checked whether parts needed I made an appointment, but when I got there they said they needed to order the parts. I was surprised that they hadn't checked whether parts needed to be ordered, prior to having me come in. Although, the trip wasn't a total waste because I mentioned that the breaks made a clunking noise and I felt that they may be unsafe. They kept the car for a few hours and tighten the bolts and replaced a couple too and told me what needed to be fixed in the near future. When I asked what I owed them, they were kind enough to say there was no charge. They just want to keep happy customers for future repair needs. More
