I bought a set of brand new tires last year from Chase. He was good. However, their was one tire that lost pressure within 3 days of them being put on my car. It was one tire with a slow leak. I brought it He was good. However, their was one tire that lost pressure within 3 days of them being put on my car. It was one tire with a slow leak. I brought it in and had it repaired or so I thought. The same problem with the one tire continued. Every 3 days it’s looses pressure and I have to fill it. Even after they repaired it. I was led to believe this was a problem I created and I firmly believe that is NOT true. I became a KAREN over a stupid tire due to the lack of customer service at this facility. Including the manager who definitely does not know how to communicate in a healthy way with customers. My experiences there have been awful over a tire that I should not have had to fill every 3 days since it was brand new. I truly believe it was a bad tire somehow. It was finally replaced last week but the process of getting there was ridiculous. The service people were good overall but the manager was not. Check the notes on my account and see if you can be objective with them. More
I brought in my Traverse to have diagnositcs ran for a transmission issue. When I droppped it off for my scheduled appointment I was told it would be 2 days before it could get put on the diagnstic machi transmission issue. When I droppped it off for my scheduled appointment I was told it would be 2 days before it could get put on the diagnstic machine. After 3 days of no communication I called the shop (I was never told who my service advisor was or received any kind of communucation). I was then told they were short a tech so it would be a little longer. After 6 days I was told I was "fourth in line, hope to get to it today". After 8 days I was told they were "at a complete halt, down 2 techs). At this point I was able to get it in at another shop. I told them I was coming to pick it up. No appologies or anything. Worst service experience ever. More
I made an appointment for 3 pm, when I arrived I was told that it would be 2 hours for an oil change. I thought this was outrageous but I decided to wait because I really needed an oil change. I was not offe that it would be 2 hours for an oil change. I thought this was outrageous but I decided to wait because I really needed an oil change. I was not offered a car wash which I find disturbing. As i lived in the midwest my vehicle was always washed when I had service done. I would love a car wash when my vehicle is serviced. More

Fine from a purchase perspective other than the whole process being stuck in 1997 but that is dealerships for you. On the other hand their SERVICE Department is absolutely horrible. My second go arou process being stuck in 1997 but that is dealerships for you. On the other hand their SERVICE Department is absolutely horrible. My second go around with them is worse than the first. Originally brought my 22 Travese for a check engine light at say 9k miles to be told they couldn't look at it for 2 weeks minimum and that loaners where not available. Was told just to drive it and it will be fine. Second go around the transmission is going out to the point where it went into reverse while driving. Again an open ended invitation to bring my vehicle in and it will probably sit for 2 weeks before they can look at it. No loaner offer because they sold all of their loaner vehicles. Service techs are stressed to the max and can't even manage a good conversation. All they can say is they can't keep techs. Poor service advisors. Please save yourself the hassle and shop and service elsewhere. More
The service department is horrible. You make an appointment but they want you to leave your car for a week to be diagnosed. Worst service I have ever had. The gauges would all go all the way to the right, then all the way to the left numerous times, then it would say service electronic brake, service E The gauges would all go all the way to the right, then all the way to the left numerous times, then it would say service electronic brake, service ESC, reduced power (basically go into limp mode), steering assist disabled, and the check engine light would come on. First time I took it in I did not have an appointment and they told me it would be two weeks to even diagnose the problem and they would not give me a rental so I took the truck home. Second time the check engine light went off between the time it happened and my appointment was so they kept it a day could not determine what was wrong, and told me to come get it. When they brought it up to the drive, the check engine light came on. They read the codes and it said transmission control module. They had me come back the next day. Kept the truck 4 days drove it 30+ miles and said the check engine light went out and they could not determine what was wrong even though they read the codes when it was on. The transmission shifts irregular. Shifts up then down and back up all the time. When I slow down to stop it is like having to stop a train because it wont downshift and is in a higher gear when I am trying to stop. Really unsafe but they did not seem to care. Would never recommend this dealership More

I printed out the confirmation for the service as I did this via my phone and wrote down the vin#, fleet management company name along with their phone number and handed that info to the young man whom took possession of my vehicle. He did not provide this information to my service writer. They didn’t put an oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. They didn’t wash the car. Their service dept need lots of work. Too many kids working there without the capability to work with customers needing real service! More
