The service we’ve received is just mediocre. Had issue with oil change tech leaving the coolant cap off and car overheated. Couldn’t find the replacement part for cap and had to rent a car for 6 weeks. Took some fighting on my behalf to get rental paid for. Some of my expense was out of pocket. I’ve had 2 additional oil changes and sat for over 2 hours waiting and another time was told to reschedule appointment because they were short on technicians. Customer service is lacking. More

WE have purchased from this dealership multiple times. We also normally have our car and truck serviced at this location. Jennifer Gagon is so efficient in her job! They need more help when customers walk in or if they have an appointment. They are overloaded. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 1000. When I arrived at 0951 I waited until 1030 before my truck have an appointment. They are overloaded. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 1000. When I arrived at 0951 I waited until 1030 before my truck was taken into the shop. When the truck was "ready," it wound up not being correct as there was a mis-communication between the service advisor and the technician. Eventually it was corrected. I left at 1321, almost 3.5 hours for a basic oil service and a tire mounting. It makes me question why I even had to make an appointment if it was going to take that long. I was expecting to wait around an hour to an hour and a half for this. At least 30 minutes were just waiting for the two service advisors to work with clients while several customers stood in line waiting to talk with the advisor. When the advisor has to take the payment, that also extends the time and their availability to help the next customer. I hope it improves. More
I had my oil changed here, and I am very happy with the service. They brought me a cold bottle of water for while I waited, which was the first time a Chevy dealership ever offered.
