Chester, our new sales guy, was supposed to call us to give us updates. He didn't. So we went back in and worked with Hunter. Also terrible at call backs. Every time I call to talk to a Manager, the system hangs up on me. I forced them into a group text to update us on the car. Hunter was dismissive, combative, and doesn't know cars for crap. We FINALLY took possession July 23RD, and had yet never spoke not to a Manager, including the GM who I left 3++ messages for and emailed. If we could have found the same model somewhere else for this price, we would have run. More
