Although we chose automation for their No Haggle , we were surprised at how low our trade in value was. Our Jeep was in excellent condition with aftermarket parts, and extremely low miles, the car was in were surprised at how low our trade in value was. Our Jeep was in excellent condition with aftermarket parts, and extremely low miles, the car was in MINT condition. Living two hours from automation we had quite the drive to get there . The manager on duty was rude and inconsiderate when discussing blue book value. We only bought the truck from them because it is limited to find elsewhere . But they didn’t even have floor Matt’s and when asked they dismissed all requests to help. Poor poor service More

I traded in my car at AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert,AZ on June 20th. To complete this transaction the dealership owed me a check and a second key fob. These items were promised to be in my possession in 2 on June 20th. To complete this transaction the dealership owed me a check and a second key fob. These items were promised to be in my possession in 2-3 weeks. Time went on and I had no check and no key fob after 7+ weeks. July the 20th the salesman and the manager stopped returning my phone calls. I contacted AutoNation’s Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL with my complaint of “Breach of Contract “.Headquarters must have contacted this dealership and told them to perform. As of August 10th I had my second key fob. August 11th I had my check in the mail. The issues have been resolved to my satisfaction, but it was a struggle which could have been avoided. I am a 73 year old recent widow, in a fragile state of mind and that was clear to both the salesman and the manager. I trusted their promise of 2-3 weeks to get the check and second key fob. When they stopped returning my phone calls , I got angry and took matters into my own hands. It was stress I didn’t need. More
