That was my first review when i got the car but to be honest I'm disappointment for how you handle the situation when my car broke down one month after i bought it, my car broke down less than a month after i bought it from you guys, i had to wait almost a week to get it tow and the only thing you were able to said was you cant fix my car at your dealership??? If i can ill give you 2 starts for not inspect the cars you sell, i had to spend more than 300 to fix my car in a different dealership

Actually my rating has changed since writing this review, I have tried at different locations to have my vehicle sweviced under any of the 2 warranties that I have that also say I get a loaner or rental vehicle, I have mer resistance ever step of the way, I'm told that loaner vehicles or rentals are not available anymore and to just have my car diagnosed I have to leave it for 7 days without another vehicle to help me get around. I voiced this concern to Robert Light before I purchased the vehicle, as my daughter also has had this same issue getting her vehicle serviced and a loaner vehicle with the same platinum warranty, and he assured me I would not have this issue. Now I am 28 days from when I bought my vehicle and it is having issues and I can't get it looked it unless I leave my only vehicle with your shop for 7 days just to tell me what's wrong and it could be longer depending on the repair. This is very unacceptable and even probably breach of contract. I urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle probably look somewhere else unless you can guarantee you will never need to actually have service done or use your warranties that they tack on to your loan.
