My appointment was at 10am, my truck wasn't pulled in to get worked on till after 11am. Was Quoted an hour for the time it was going to take to do the service, took almost 2 hours before I was leaving the d get worked on till after 11am. Was Quoted an hour for the time it was going to take to do the service, took almost 2 hours before I was leaving the dealership. This part is not the tech fault but the tool boxes I purchased through the my Chevrolet app did not fit as described so I had to return the tool boxes. I was very disappointed that the tool boxes didn't work out. More
