Service tech was great, service advisor not so much. Didn’t communicate at all. I made an appt. I had to call several times to find out about my truck. Finally got ahold of are service advisor at 6:00 at night!! Only to find out that they had cars from last week that need to get done and my truck was not looked at! How Am I supposed to make arrangements for work at 6:00 at night! If I was told this when I first dropped it off I would have been able to make arrangements and not worry about my truck. The communication from that advisor is non existent. More
