Ordered a new truck which required $1000 deposit. Truck came in 8 months later. Traded in a Traverse when we picked up the truck. I was VERY dissatisfied at the service I received for my FIRST service Appt after purchase. I did not feel as if I was adequately taken care of or valued as a customer. My appt was at 10am. My vehicle was promptly dropped off at 10am and I chose to wait at the dealership and would be updated throughout by my service advisor Kenneth. That did not happen. Hours had gone by without any updates and I just continued to wait. Just before 1pm, I saw that my vehicle was lowered from the service area and driven to the pickup line, and my paperwork was given to my service advisor so I could check out and leave. I watched my car sit in the pickup lane for 40 minutes! As Kenneth and a few other service employees just sat there and conversed. I had the to be the one around 1:40p to go find Kenneth myself and let him know my car is ready and has been sitting outside for 40 minutes. He did not seem very apologetic and instead presented me paperwork that was not even for my vehicle. I explained that was not my paperwork nor my name and he then went back to find my documents and I signed them to exited. As for my vehicle, it was not washed at all (as they used to be in the past for oil changes and maintenance) so I was also not pleased there. Your service department was raves about when I purchased my vehicle from Autonation but this first visit fell very short for me. More

Service advisor did not meet with me at scheduled drop off time. Was told by another employee that several technicians called out sick, so it would take 3 to 4 hours for the oil change. I had planned to w off time. Was told by another employee that several technicians called out sick, so it would take 3 to 4 hours for the oil change. I had planned to wait for my vehicle, but could not wait that long. Was told the shuttle only goes up to 10 miles, and my house was 12 miles away. Had to call a friend to come get me to take me home. Then service advisor never called when my car was done. Had to pick it up the next day. Bad service for a standard oil change. Will not be bringing my car back to this location. More
