Very nice and polite. Dropped my Tahoe off to get a oil change. Then used the free shuttle service. The driver was nice. Talked and carried in a conversation the whole way. They called and said my Tahoe was done. Asked if I wanted to do a couple of services that where up on the Tahoe. I declined and he said okay. Didn’t push the issue like some service departments do. Told me my shuttle was on the way. Picked me up and took me back to get my Tahoe. It was quick and easy. Even gave me a courtesy wash with the oil change. Will definitely be going back. More

By far the worst dealership I have ever been to, and will never go back. They say that they will honor the work that they do on your vehicle, but when you bring it back in they say they can’t do it. He said appointment for one day, it takes him seven days to look at your vehicle. The service agent is unprofessional and needs to find a new profession. More

The process to purchase a lease vehicle was not properly handled. Waited for 3 hours to get a good answer to how to purchase the vehicle.
