By far the worst dealership I have ever been to, and will never go back. They say that they will honor the work that they do on your vehicle, but when you bring it back in they say they can’t do it. The process to purchase a lease vehicle was not properly handled. Waited for 3 hours to get a good answer to how to purchase the vehicle. I ordered a 2022 C8 convertible December 5th, 2020. The car was delivered on July 5th 2023. During those many months I would call Autonation to check my position in the que. I would ask for the General Sales Manager Randy Jacobs. Ninety percent of the time the salesman answering the phone would say Randy was on the phone. He would take my information and promise a return call which never came. I found this to be very frustrating. In Februrary 2023 I was introduced to William Bonham who was professional and concise and prompt in answering any questions I might have about my purchase. Mr. Bonham was an excellent representative for Autonation. More

I've visited this dealership twice in the past 3 weeks. The first time was due to an object in my tire causing a leak. Erik got me in immediately and took care of it.
