drove up from another city late at night to complete my trade and they switched the price by a considerable amount on the spot after the sales associate had let me know they spoke to the sales manager abou trade and they switched the price by a considerable amount on the spot after the sales associate had let me know they spoke to the sales manager about that price and the sales manager agreed. i got there any my designated associate "had to run out" then someone else informed me the numbers that had been sent were not accurate and they could no longer give me that much for my car. Came to get my oil changed here because the special price ended up being the equivalent to the Walmart Price. Figured id drive the extra miles to get the factory oil and actual mechanic rather than the train ended up being the equivalent to the Walmart Price. Everything checked out except that they came back trying to upsell 2 brand new tires to me. All because there was a nail in one of them. A pretty big nail that i did not notice there before! regardless the work was done right. More
