The service department was understaffed but they did get my oil change done within 3 hours. When I picked up the car, although they did have plastic on the seat and paper on the floor, there were some wet my oil change done within 3 hours. When I picked up the car, although they did have plastic on the seat and paper on the floor, there were some wet marks on the armrest. The person that greeted me was great and kept me well informed. When I got back home, I noticed that the tire pressures on my 4 tires were the same as they were when I dropped it off, 28-29 psi. The recommended tire pressure is 32 psi. I checked the service sheet and there was a checkmark that the tire pressures were checked and the TPMS was reset, that was not true. The multi-point vehicle inspection sheet that they use is a joke. They use 4 different checkmarks of various shades to mark what was inspected and what was not inspected. Good luck telling the difference on a printed copy. So, basically I bring my new car in for it's first service and they don't check everything to see if it is ok. How hard is it to check the air in the tires? More
Appt 8:30am, I arrived 8:20am I stood by car for about 15 minutes, during which time I noticed what appeared to be training of a young man inside the office. Finally the same young man finally came out 15 minutes, during which time I noticed what appeared to be training of a young man inside the office. Finally the same young man finally came out with his clip board ,asked my name then said he would get my advisor, Erik. As I watched he went in to a man just inside the window from me and sitting at his desk going through stack of papers. He looked up at the young man and acknowledged I was out waiting for him. Then he went back to his stack of papers. He would look at one, then restack it and go on to next one, doiing at least another 15 or 20 reviews. Then he got up and came out and I advised him I had an 8:30 appt for my service. I have the paid in advance maintenance. from when I purchased the vehicle. I then got to go sit down . I wanted some coffee, got it and then realized there was no creamer, Just some flavored or sweetened which I cant drink, for health reasons so very disappointing. At this dealership in the past I have always been able to wait comfortabley with coffee and or a donut, no more. Then later I was up front watching for car to come out and my advisor on way to printer said "cars done". So I figured I should go to cashier get paper work and keys, I saw a large clearly marked window saying cashier. I asked to pay my bill, she said rudely "no you cant" . I asked your the cashier right? she said yes, but you cant pay your bill, go see your advisor. So I walked back over to Eriks desk, and he was in meeting with another customer. So I waited by his desk, he saw me, after a while. I thought I would try cashier again, I saw her look at me, and she flagged another person down to come and get me. It was another advisor told him I needed paper work, This person who didnt give me name, went to Eriks desk, leaned over in front of Erik, and flipped thru paper work while in between Erik and the other customer, and finally, found my paperwork, the new guy had me sign twice and and I left. So my total conversation with Erik, was the words "Cars done". I felt very uncomfortable, and I assure you your service advisors will never have to deal with me again, ever. Nor will your sales people when I buy next time. There werent any cars in showroom anyhow to look at and it was 9:45am. More
Great customer service with our salesman, Branden Barger. Always answered our emails and texts. Wait time for our Spark was a little on the long side, as the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Our experience was very smooth. We contacted the salesman via telephone and told him the car we were interested in, but we did not want to spend all day at the dealership. They car We contacted the salesman via telephone and told him the car we were interested in, but we did not want to spend all day at the dealership. They car us a very fair deal on our trade. Kenneth our F&I guy was great to work with. He got us in and out in 30 minutes. We will never understand the need to go back and forth with the sales manager. It just adds time and frustration to the process. Overall a very good experience More
