The check in was done quickly and efficiently and I was notified when the truck was ready for pick up. The check out is done by the service representative so there was some minor delay while he finished w notified when the truck was ready for pick up. When appointments are made 2 weeks in advance for engine light on, cars should be looked at on appointment day, not held for another week to be looked at. People do need cars for work. Personally after leaving I felt taken advantage of. They were very nice while I was there, but walking in there recently divorced and living on a one household income, and a first responder with an 800 They were very nice while I was there, but walking in there recently divorced and living on a one household income, and a first responder with an 800 credit score they offered me a terrible interest rate, insisting they could not do any better. I didn’t do my own due diligence so that’s on me, but I have since refinanced at half the interest rate and have been told by multiple people I was ripped off beyond belief. Make sure to do your due diligence on what interest rate your credit score can get you. More
